Regarding nozzles, part of the reason I want to move off of the cetus extruder is because I want to be able to use other nozzles than tiertimes. So I've seen the ducted fan upgrade, is the fan that huge of an issue? Better cooling is needed when moving to different materials? The MK3 fan seems to be pretty quiet. Here's some more dumb questions to follow up the previous ones. Thank you so much for the long list of answers. You would still have to find which stock location is closest or works best for you. Note: Tiertime products I listed are just to show you the product. At the same time this allows you to print without a raft, which will save you a lot of filament. Take note that since these are smooth and have no ‘speacial sauce’ on top, the print doesn’t stick to the plate as well(despite being heated) This means that you just have to apply a bit of glue stick before each print. Once you’re done printing you can just pull it off, bend it, and your print comes right off. This one gets magnetically stuck to the other. The second ‘pad’ is where the printing happens. This one always stays on the printer, you can cut holes if you want to see the screws, slap it on the heated plate, and trim it to size. Now, the first ‘pad’, is the magnetic one. This is what I use.Ī magnetic two piece cover - This one is made of two parts, which are attracted magnetically to each other. There are two main types of covers that I and others found work well on a Cetus:Ī normal(non-preforated) stick on cover - You can just stick this bad boy on your heated plate, trim the edges, slap some glue stick on top, calibrate, and get to printing. You can get the Official MK3 heated plate cover(which I have not used), or you can get some 3rd party products Note: I’m not sure if this would be needed on perforated build plates, although I would go with non-perforated plates just so I can get flatter first layers. You can easily remove it with the spatula included with the printer, water(in a spray bottle), and window cleaner if you wish. Here we have three options since you said you didn’t want a Cetus build plate to print on.įirst real quick I just want to say that a normal glue stick(don’t know what country your in, but this is what we use in the US) will work fine for adhesion. Now, you also asked for a different material print on. If you choose to get the official build plate you would also have to get the extension board for the printer. These I’ve heard can be hard to setup and depending on your determination will or won’t be worth it, although you would have to consult u/thecaptain78 I’m on vacation and decided to leave my laptop at home, meaning you would have to do more research) have to go with a tiny fab setup. It’s kinda hard to search through a website made for computer on my phone. If you choose to get the tiny fab heated build plate you would(I think. They will last longer and be more resistant to wear from harder materials, but at the same time are much more expensive. That part is completely up to you.Īlthough since you want to get into other materials, you might want the steel nozzles available on the Tiertime website. The Cetus website says you can print with TPU with the nozzle that comes with the printer, so I think flexion extruder might be uneccesary, although it would be kinda cool to see how it worlds out. I haven’t tried printing with flexible filament yet, although I plan on doing so soon. This is optional.įirst let’s start with flexible filament. You can get the Quiet Fan which works just as well as the stock fan, but is quieter. So here I’ll just talk about all the other modifications you can make. (This is pretty much the only printed upgrade that I’ve slapped on my printer in the 3/4 years of having it.) Just make sure to print it on the flat side. Upgraded Fan Duct it’s pretty self explanatory. This is a big bunch of questions, so expect a couple spelling and formatting errors(doing this on mobile doesn’t help much either Thanks for your time and thoughts, merry xmas Is it worth it to convert over to open source? Does it make printing outrageously better?Īlso what about printing surfaces? Whats a good surface to use, i've had a few mishaps where my nozzle has dragged across the plate so I'd love a different material that adheres but also can be replaced when needed! Second, since I want to move into other materials i'm looking at getting a heated bed. What do you think about the upgrades I'm considering - are they necessary or just skip?įirst up, I'd love to print some other materials and venture into flexible filaments so I'd like to change to a Flexion extruder. I'd love to get thoughts from the community. Now however I'm getting the itch to swap out some parts for upgraded bits. I've had my Mk3 for about a month now and have printed up a storm.

How does the caramel ribbon crunch taste? It also has a sneak bottom layer of whipped cream and caramel sauce. The Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino combines a “buttery dark caramel sauce” with it’s “coffee, milk and ice” concoction.
On the left hand side will be two soldiers. Head through the door as you double back. You'll pass an open doorway as well that you'll have to open from the other side on your way to a body at the end of the path. Head down the right side path counterclockwise. Doing so will bring a lift to the floor you are on that will take you up to the top. Near the door will be a shaft with a strange device you can interact with. After taking it out, you can open the door to find a shortcut back to the first Shrine that you examined earlier! This Yokai Realm Wall will reveal an Enki to take out as you approach. Looking down, you'll see a smoke wall in front of a door. After taking him out, hit the Dweller you knocked down before with a second arrow, then drop down to the body hanging off the banister below. Making a 90 degree turn to the right, you'll see a soldier you can get the jump on. Hanging off of the first banister will be a Dweller you can shoot in the head to knock down. Head up this and you'll find yourself in a large open room with banisters you can walk on directly ahead of you. It also has another Burst Attack where it will shoot a large flaming laser out of it's head, Burst Counter if you can, and dodge through it if a Burst Counter is unavailable.Īfter taking it out grab the body on the stairs and head on up. Hit directly into it with a Burst Counter. The attack that's easiest to punish is a Burst Attack where it will drive straight towards you with the spear. It can also summon areas of Yokai Realm that you'll need to dispel with Ki Pulse. It can drag the spear above it, creating tracking fire projectiles that will make their way towards you. This floating Yokai wields a long spear with a lantern attached, and it's main attacks revolve around a series of ranged attacks and pokes from the spear. You have yet to face this enemy in the Main Story Missions. Continue down the path and you'll come to one more Dweller, and directly ahead at the bottom of the staircase, you'll be ambushed by a new enemy. After all the enemies are down up here, grab the nearby hanging body up here and drop down on the remaining Dweller in the ravine below. Nearby him you'll find a small chest you should open as well. On the other side of the scaffolding you will see a Kappa you should try to sneak up on and kill for some loot. Continuing up ahead you'll see one more normal Dweller on the left hand side. His hits do crazy amounts of damage so do your best to take him out remaining patient. Give him space and only attack after he's attacked. On the left side up ahead, you'll see another Dweller only this one is much bigger. At the top will be two Dwellers on the nearby scaffolding. You'll find a Dweller in front of the path that leads forward, but to the left will be a side tunnel that brings you to a ladder up to the second floor. Head on up, and push forward to where you'll come to a ravine and scaffolding above you connecting to the two sides of the raised areas above the ravine. Further down will be a second dweller in front of a ladder. You'll come to a Dweller along with a body to loot. At the top will be a shortcut door you'll be opening a bit later so continue on ahead down the tunnel for now. Head down the tunnel where you'll find your first Shrine from where you'll be heading out.ĭirectly ahead will be a ladder. With that being said, ranged weapons in Nioh 2 can also be extremely powerful, so the best bows, cannons, and rifles deserve a shot. After watching the cutscene and loading in, exhaust the dialogue options for the nearby Tokichiro to get a Small Spirit Stone. One area in which it shines is melee combat, with each weapon type having unique skills and moves depending on which stance the player is in. Although some dismiss it as being yet another souls-like, the introduction of Guardian Spirits and an intricate loot system do more than enough to set it apart. Updated January 11, 2023, by Aldous Foster: Nioh 2 is one of the most impressive fantasy RPGs of the last few years. Many bosses and some enemies in Nioh 2 will drop smithing texts which will allow players to craft new weapons at the blacksmith. Different play styles will favor different weapons and due to the scaling system, some builds may not be able to wield certain armaments as effectively as others. With such a diverse arsenal of swords, spears, axes, and tonfas at the player's disposal, there is no obvious answer to the question of which one is the best. Gold is now set to auto-pickup by default, removing the micro-management clicks of a resource that you’re never not going to want to pick up. While a character’s personal loot stash remains frustratingly limited, you’ve now access to a shared stash for all your account’s characters, letting any Amazon, Barbarian or Crusader alike access the same bottomless chest of interchangeable gear. The few gameplay changes that have been made are subtle and, for the most part, suitable. The new, the old, and the stubbornly-unchanged With allegations of workplace misogyny being directed at Activision Blizzard at the moment, it’s good to see some shift in representation here taking place. The Amazonnian warrior, for instance, finally has some armor that will protect her vulnerable bits, sensibly covering her up in a way fitting for a battle-hardened veteran. It’s all in keeping with the original aesthetic – that dark fantasy moodiness retained, compared to the slightly friendlier Diablo 3 palette. Dungeons are slick with damp and reflections, furry gargantuan’s shag flicks with each whack of their paws, and fire spells light up enemies and the environment alike. The new visuals are lovingly put together – there’s the same implied griminess of the original’s pixelated look, but now with all the detail your imagination used to have to do the heavy lifting for. While you can still play at good ol’ 800 x 600 resolution, switching on the fly with a push of a button between vintage and modern graphics settings.
